Final Blog Post

In all I believe that all of my posts have been thoroughly looked into the research on how to rectify my problems that I faced in the sessions i had at Richmond House Primary school. I believe that I have learnt a lot from my time at placement and also learnt from the mistakes that were made along the way in the sessions, I feel its made me more employable and I’m feeling like a better coach coming out of the process. I still have a long way to go to become a very good coach, a lot more experience will be needed and mistakes will be made along the way. But I really feel as though i have learnt to reflect well on those problems and how to put them right for a more successful outcome.

SMART Action Plan for Level 6 (2020/21)

My main goal for when I am in my final year of my undergraduate study, level 6, will be to focus more on the extensive research into sports journals by the time I have to complete my dissertation. This will make me more employable as I will have extra knowledge on the subjects that I am being taught and being able to put into practice. I will have been made a better coach than I was when I started the degree thanks to the knowledgeable that has been shared with myself from all of the tutors and readings I will apply myself too.
